About
NSF IGERT Trainee (2011-2013)
NSF Graduate Research Fellow (2013-2016)
My empirical research lies at the intersection of language, learning, and memory, and uses tools from learning and information theory, and corpus analysis. I am particularly interested in questions in categorization, metaphor and narrative.
At the moment, I am also interested in investigating the parallels between instrumentalist forms of scientific explanation in radical behaviorism and radical embodiment, and looking at how both programs train their focus on the richness of the information structure available in the environment.
